Our Return Policy

You have 15 days from the delivery date to initiate a return or exchange. To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Items must be in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required
Important Note: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on certain items:
  • Personalized/customized jerseys and merchandise
  • Hats (due to hygiene reasons)
  • Clearance or final sale items marked as “non-returnable”

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these steps to send an item back to our bullpen:

  2. Wait for Approval: Our customer service team will review your request within 1-2 business days and provide return instructions.
  3. Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our address at MLB Heaven Shop, 45430 Lauri Lane, Oakhurst, US 93644. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as you’re responsible for the package until it reaches us.
  5. Receive Your Refund/Exchange: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or ship your exchange within 3-5 business days.

Refund Information

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Bank Processing: Additional 5-10 business days may be required for the refund to appear on your statement
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchange Information

For exchanges:

  • We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return
  • If the exchange item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference
